My Real World Assets Terms of Service
These terms apply when you access My Real World Assets. By using the site, you agree to follow them and all laws that apply to you.
What the service provides
The site provides public RWA records for individual real-world assets and RWB records for projects, along with account and asset-submission features. Available features may change as the platform develops.
Listings are informational
Listings show information published to the platform. A listing alone does not establish legal ownership, represent a complete due-diligence record, promise a return, or constitute an offer or recommendation to invest. Review the source materials and obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
Wallets and transactions
You are responsible for your wallet, keys, and any fees shown by your wallet or network. A wallet sign-in message confirms control of an address and does not itself authorize a transaction. If you choose an available on-chain action, review its details in your wallet before approving it. Blockchain transactions may be public and irreversible.
Asset applications
Provide information you are entitled to submit and keep it accurate. Submitting an application sends it for review; it does not guarantee approval, publication, token issuance, or any commercial arrangement. We may contact you about the application and may edit or decline information that does not meet platform requirements.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not misrepresent ownership or authority, submit unlawful or rights-infringing material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use the site to mislead or harm others.
Submitted materials
You retain rights you hold in material you submit. You give the operator permission to review, process, and, if accepted, display that material as part of the relevant platform listing. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for this use.
Availability and updates
The site and its information are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every listing is complete or current. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version here. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
